Summary

This solicitation is for the demo and disposal of existing vinyl composite tile (VCT) and installation of new premium wood luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring and ½” quarter round in the Broadview building at the Columbus Developmental Center.

A site visit has been scheduled for September 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM in order to view the exact scope of work for the flooring replacement in the Broadview Building, at which time potential bidders may review any additional requirements.

Bidder is required to complete the item grid, attach an electronic copy of their quote, and required forms (listed under attachments) within the solicitation in OhioBuys. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days.

Bids will be evaluated, and the contract for services will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency.
