Pursuant to Florida State Statute 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act, The Town of Davie is seeking to engage the professional services of one or more qualified Architectural firms under a continuing contract, as provided for in Florida State Statute Section 287.055 to design, prepare construction documents, coordinate engineering, permit, and provide construction administration services, for various miscellaneous projects.
The Town of Davie is home to nearly 107,000 residents who live across a lush 35 square miles within central Broward. The Town's rural atmosphere, western-themed district, and sprawling educational complex foster an environment that separates Davie from all other municipalities in Broward County.
