Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation 2025, Project ES24-15

Project Description: This project involves removal and reconstruction of manhole grade adjustment risers, replacement of access frames and lids, and installation of waterproofing wraps on approximately 125 sanitary sewer manholes generally located in Borough streets. The project also includes reconstructing one manhole, and replacing an external drop and 20 feet of upstream 8-inch pipe. The contractor must provide all traffic and safety management, erosion controls, and restoration of all surfaces disturbed to perform the Work. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders (Document 00 21 13) and the Summary (Section 01 10 00) in the Project Manual for additional information. This project is partially grant-funded. Refer to the Supplementary Conditions (Documents 00 73 14 and 00 73 15) for additional information. The Contractor must pay Prevailing Wages in accordance with the Determination provided (Document 00 73 43).
