The City intends to enter into a contract with a qualified consultant to provide the City with technical assistance services outlined below. The contract term will be two (2) years with two (2) optional one-year (1-year) extensions upon satisfactory completion of the initial contract term. The anticipated contract not-to-exceed amount is $200,000 for the initial two-year (2-year) term.
