The City of Dubuque Housing and Community Development Department is accepting bids for minor rehabilitation for a citizen-owned single-family home located at 2910 Pinard. The scope of work includes electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance work. A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Thursday, July 31st at 8:30 AM onsite at 2910 Pinard. Attendance at the walkthrough is not mandatory for submitting a bid.

Bids are due on Friday, August 8th at 3:00 PM to the Housing and Community Development Department.Â
