The purpose of this amendment is to:

Add an inquiry period. All inquiries must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist, Jennell Christofaro @jennell.christofaro@va.gov, not later than 11:00 AM PST, August 4, 2025. Answers to inquiries will be posted via amendment to SAM.gov on or about August 5, 2025.

Extend the quote submission deadline of the solicitation to 11:00 AM Augst 11, 2025. All quotes must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist, Katharine Robert @ katharine.robert@va.gov, not later than 11:00 AM PST, August 11, 2025.

Update the combined synopsis solicitation document with FAR Clauses and Provisions that apply to this solicitation.

Update Attachment 1 to reflect the inquiry period and the extension to the quote submission deadline.
