The purpose of this announcement is to solicit statements of interest, capabilities, and rough orders of magnitude (cost estimates) from businesses interested in and capable of providing the supplies indicated in the attached Requirements List.





Equal items may be considered that meet the same salient characteristics (form, fit, and function) and are commercially available. If other items are recommended, please include the manufacturer’s specification sheet with your response. If multiple responses are recieved, but no substitute items are proposed as a result of this announcment, the FAA may proceed to pursue a Brand Name Justification. If only one response is recieved from this announcement, the FAA may pursue a Single Source Justification. Capable and interested vendors are highly encourage to make thier interest known by responding to this announcement.





At this time the procurement strategy and nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program.





Responses to this announcement will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor’s expense.





The FAA requests interested vendors to include the following with their response:





1. Statement of Interest - This information should identify:



2. Your company’s System for Award Management (SAM.gov) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)



3. Statement of interest to provide a competitive quote for all items needed.



4. Links to your company’s website and other public websites where publicly posted pricing for these items can be found.



5. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) or budgetary estimate for these items.



6. Statement of intent to provide all items as described in the Requirements List, or description of substitute items proposed. If the latter, please include manufacturer’s specification sheet(s) with your response.





All responses to this market survey must be received by 4:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on August 5th, 2025.
