This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information-gathering and market research purposes. It is not a solicitation, request for proposal (RFP), or commitment to procure products or services.



The information provided by respondents will be used to better understand available capabilities and potential approaches to meeting the stated requirements. The issuing organization does not intend to provide individual feedback, evaluations, or return information to respondents regarding their submissions.



Respondents are requested to structure their responses so they clearly align with the requirements and questions outlined in this RFI. Responses should address each requirement directly and provide sufficient detail to demonstrate how the proposed capabilities meet or support the stated needs. Marketing materials may be included as supplemental information but should not replace responses to the specific requirements.

Security Requirements



FedRAMP authorization is not a requirement or policy of the Authorizing Official (AO). However, respondents should ensure that their proposed security architecture, controls, and security perimeters meet the applicable Judiciary Information Security Framework (JISF) requirements. These requirements are comparable to many of the security controls and practices associated with FedRAMP.



Respondents should describe how their solution satisfies the applicable JISF security requirements and identify any relevant certifications, assessments, or security control implementations that demonstrate compliance with these requirements.



This procurement will incorporate one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were givenin full text. Upon request, the contracting officer will make their full text available. Also, the full text of a clause may beaccessed electronically at this address:
