A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 1600 Stonetree Drive, Killeen, Texas 76543

Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site ( https://procurement.opengov.com/login ), through Tuesday, March 18, 2025 , at 2:00 pm . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s/proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
