ITQ# MP-25-26 Water Source Pool Heater / Chiller Maintenance and Repairs

The Town of Davie is seeking qualified Contractor(s) to provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide as-needed inspections, scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs for (6) six Aqua Cal water source heaters at the Pine Island Fitness and Aquatics Center located at 3800 SW 92nd Ave, Davie , FL 33328. The informal quoting process is used when the Town estimates the total bid amount NOT TO EXCEED F.S. § 287.017(2), as amended, which is currently $35,000.
