Invitation to Bid for 2025 Grind and Pave Project

Project Description: City of Milwaukie is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for resurfacing city roadways, install roadway striping, road markings, and installing new speed cushions as part of the 2025 Grind and Pave Project. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to complete the work shown on the plans and described in specifications.

Bids must be submitted electronically through Bonfire. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on Thursday, June 5, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a bidder who evidences the lowest cost. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Upon closing, submitted bids will be opened and read publicly.
