Sources Sought - Bulk Oil System

The Department of the Air Force, 325th Contracting Squadron (CONS), is seeking capable and interested sources for a requirement for a Bulk Oil System capable of providing the characteristics listed in the attached Salient Characteristics document.

The purpose of this notice is to conduct addtional market research to determine the availability and capability of businesses to provide this product for Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be constructed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in repsonding to this notice. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary. Contact with other than 325 CONS Government personnel by potential offerors or their employees regarding this requirement is prohibited.

The tentative solicitation, issue date is to be determined. Any future solicitation will be made available on SAM.gov. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of the solicitation package and/or amendments.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE:

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 424710 - Petroleum Bulk Stations and Terminals, with the corresponding SBA size standard of 225 employees.

VENDOR RESPONSE/REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:

It is requested that vendors repsond to this notice with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement.

SUBMISSION DETIALS/INFORMATION SOUGHT BY THE GOVERNMENT:

1. Your general company information to include: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number, Business Size (i.e., Small Business Other than Small, etc.), and NAICS Code(s) the company usually performs under.

2. Feedback on best practices or unique approaches to acquiring the vehicles.

3. Please address any lead times associated with delivery or pickup of the required item.
