Q402--Notice of Intent - Modification to Increase CNH Ceiling

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to Award a Sole Source Modification for a Ceiling Increase under Contract 36C26121D0010. The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to Hebrew Home for Aged Disabled, DBA San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living, per Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The modification will increase the ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract 36C26121D0010 from $6.9M to $9.1M to permit additional Community Nursing Home services to eligible veterans in the area. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, interested parties may identify their capability or address any inquiries by responding to the Contract Specialist prior to 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, 23 December 2024, via email to joshua.barrios@va.gov. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided.
