The New York City Police Department (the “Department” or “NYPD”) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to provide a successful and c omprehensive training course to train members of the NYPD using the ArcGIS software program to develop a strategy for responding to complex coordinated attacks in the New York City area with a primary focus on domestic violent extremism motivated threats by identifying areas of concern around high-threat locations along with information sharing with the NYPD’s partner agencies and private sector partners.

Late Proposals will NOT be accepted.

This project is subject to HireNYC and M/WBE Local Law 1.
