The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed statements of qualifications (SOQs) to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Bldg 3, 630 E Hopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement .  Vendors must register to download the RFQ documents.  All addenda, etc. can only be downloaded at the above site.

SOQ must be received no later than July 9, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and will be publicly acknowledged immediately thereafter via Teams videoconference. Instructions are included in the solicitation documents.

Award is scheduled for September 1, 2026, City Council meeting at 6:00 P.M. or any subsequent time thereafter.
