Project Description: The Independent Living provider would provide essential services to Independent Living youth. The provider will work with the assigned Children and Youth Services caseworker and supervisor to ensure all youth who meet eligibility are offered independent living services. Outreach to the youth and services provided should be timely and address the specific needs of the youth.
