Award Notice for Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicles (AMPVs) for Full Rate Production (FRP)

The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal awarded a Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) as modification P00024 against the AMPV FRP contract, W56HZV-23-C-0024, to BAE Systems pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The UCA has a Not-To-Exceed value of $1,083,819,014.80 and authorizes the contractor to proceed with Ordering Year 3 quantities. Award under these undefinitized terms and conditions will enable the program to avoid a break in production while the parties work towards establishing firm scope and negotiate definitive pricing.
