Project Description: Notice to Bidders: Bids are being solicited for a Single Prime Design-Build Lump Sum Contract for Washington County Transit Authority (WCTA) d/b/a Freedom Transit Bus Stop Installation Project to design and construct new bus stops throughout their service area. The Contractor’s scope of work shall include preliminary and final design, permitting, site work, bus stop shelter procurement, and shelter installation. Proposals shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program, and are due by 1:00 pm, prevailing time, on June 17, 2025.
