The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals for Landscaping Maintenance Services for the Government Building, Sheriff’s Office, DFCS, and Baker Street Property.
Proposals will be accepted at the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 until 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 6, 2026. Proposals should be marked Proposal #2026-01 Walton County Landscaping Maintenance Services - Government Building, Sheriff’s Office, DFCS, and Baker Street Property. Proposals submitted after the time due will not be accepted.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held starting promptly at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The Pre-Proposal Conference will start at the Government Building, located at 303 South Hammond Drive, Monroe, GA 30655, and proceed to the other locations. The Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory, but attendance is highly encouraged.

Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman’s Compensation Insurance will be required with the Walton County Board of Commissioners named as additional insured. Proposers must submit with the proposal a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify. This form must be notarized.
Walton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the proposal based on the highest and best interest of Walton County.
