2025 Road Reconstruction Project

Project Description: Nazareth Borough, Northampton County, will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Road Reconstruction Project. Bids will be received via PennBid until 4:00 PM, June 25, 2025.
All documents are available at no cost at PennBid (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held June 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nazareth Borough Council Chambers, 159 W Center Street, Nazareth Pa 18064.
The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Nazareth Borough, Northampton County, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions.
Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above.
