Response to Request for Qualifications - Energy Services Performance Contract

ADVERTISEMENT FOR RESPONSES TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
RE: ENERGY SERVICES PERFORMANCE CONTRACT
The City is seeking qualification statement (s) relating to Energy Services
Companies (ESCOs) to provide a comprehensive city - wide energy management program
for all streetlights and facilities / buildings owned and / or managed by the City pursuant to
applicable Mississippi laws. ESCO qualifications will be submitted in accordance with the
applicable provisions of Section 31 7 - 14 of the Mississippi Code Annotated of 1972, as
amended, the Mississippi Development Authority - Energy and Natural Resources
Division's Policy and Procedures for Energy Performance Contracting and the RFQ.
All submittals shall be received by April 2, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., at the City Clerk's
Office. Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope with "Response to Request for
Qualifications - Energy Services Performance Contract" and the date of the opening marked
in the lower left - hand corner.
All inquiries and a detailed packet may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office at
340 Main Street, Greenville, Mississippi 38701, or by e - mail request to Maple Smith at
msmith@greenvillems.org.
The City reserves the right to reject any and / or all submittals, waive technicalities,
informalities or irregularities in the submittals received, solicit new submittals or choose
that submittal which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
