Concessionaire/Restaurant Operator at Pueblo Memorial Airport

The City of Pueblo is inviting proposals from qualified concessionaires (Contractors) to operate a concession/restaurant located pre-security in the Pueblo Memorial Airport Terminal. The awarded Contractor’s primary purpose will be to operate and maintain food and beverage services to the airport patrons, area employees, and the general public. The awarded Contractor may also be given permission to include merchandise (and non-snack items) for concession; however, that will be a secondary focus.

The City's Pueblo Memorial Airport has provided contracted restaurant space since 1954. The Pueblo Memorial Airport is unique compared to other front range commercial service airports because it is utilized by passengers, general aviation patrons, airport Industrial Park (business) employees, Weisbrod Aircraft Museum visitors, and City employees. The Pueblo Memorial Airport seeks to establish a top-tier small airport concession program that is focused on increasing customer satisfaction and airport revenue.

In the past the City has leased the restaurant area for food and beverage services so the facility already has the primary equipment, setup, seating, etc. necessary for operation.
