Project Description: The City of Victoria is seeking to expand the Consulting Services – Community Planning Roster (RFP 24-025) through a subsequent request for submissions from Proponents to assist with specialized employment (commercial, retail, office, industrial) market analysis and research to inform and support the review and update of the Downtown Core Area Plan. Additional work may also include modelling and testing the economic viability of development scenarios for new commercial, hotel and mixed-use development as well as conversion of existing older office buildings for other employment-focused uses.
Please note: We are adding one new category to the existing roster. This is open to any company currently on the roster or not to apply to this new category.
