Preventative Maintenance for Janus Automated Liquid Handling System (Revvity Health Sciences)

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a single source, firm-fixed-price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. (UEI: G2TETZJTELL4) for the purchase of annual preventative maintenance services for a Janus Automated Liquid Handling System. See the attached Statement of Need (SON) for further details.

The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR Part 12. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.

Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes:

  Sufficient detail, and

  Convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement.

  
  

Capability statements are due no later than Monday, 04 August 2025, by 11:00 AM ET. All correspondence sent via email shall contain a subject line that reads: “143061-25-0092 – Preventative Maintenance for Janus Automated Liquid Handling System.”

Attachment(s) must be less than 20 MB in total. It is the responsibility of the offeror to contact the Government to confirm receipt prior to the due date and time. If no affirmative written responses are received by the due date, a sole source award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
