PROPOSALS ARE DUE: OCTOBER 28, 2024 BY 10 AM.
The City of Sulphur Springs is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to develop a comprehensive plan for our organization. We are interested in partnering with a consulting firm that can provide strategic guidance and expertise to help us chart a clear and effective path for the future. This comprehensive plan will utilize grant funding through the Texas General Land Office Community Development Block Grant-Mitigation Resilient Communities Program which will fund the development, adoption, and implementation of forward-looking Comprehensive Plans that integrate hazard mitigation plans. The city will need to be forward looking at how structures built within the community can withstand future hazards. Firms interested in this project will need to demonstrate a clear understanding of the resilient communities program and its objectives in the development of a Comprehensive Plan.
