Description:

The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy, Firm-Fixed Price contract for the quantity of 41 each of a Simulator Assembly, MLPA Trainers, NSN: 6910-01-493-5715, Part Number:13213115, in support of the M-EF, Multiple Launch Rocket System. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 1 each. The total production quantity first article test unit included is 41 each, 795 Days After Contract Award (DACA), PLT without First Article Testing is 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000.
THIS ITEM IS SOLE SOURCED TO INTER COASTAL ELECTRONICS INC, CAGE CODE 0NNW6.
This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. This part requires engineering source approval by design control activity to maintain the quality of the part.
