The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Classroom sets of We The People textbooks to classrooms throughout Utah .
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: See Scope of Work.
Length of Contract: Up to 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 5 years.
