Printing Services

Project Description: The Salt Lake City Public Library System (“the Library”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional, high-quality, and cost-effective printing services to support a variety of operational and outreach initiatives. Services will include the production, delivery, and, when required, installation of printed materials across the Library’s nine branch locations and administrative offices in Salt Lake City. Design services are not required; all print-ready files will be provided by the Library.
Printing needs may include marketing materials, event signage, newsletters, administrative documents, and branch-specific outreach collateral. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, ensure consistent quality standards, and deliver to multiple locations as part of single or recurring orders. Proposers capable of handling urgent or time-sensitive delivery requests are encouraged to highlight this in their submission.
This RFP may result in an award to one or multiple vendors. The Library reserves the right to limit the scope of work and encourages submissions from vendors even if they do not provide all services described in the Scope of Services. Proposals that demonstrate excellence and cost-efficiency in specific service areas will receive full consideration. The Library also reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time prior to contract execution.
Delivery Locations:
The Salt Lake City Public Library system includes multiple branch locations as listed below. However, for the purposes of this contract, all deliveries will be made exclusively to the Main Library located at 210 East 400 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
