General Bid : The project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing control tower at the Amelia Earhart Dam including upgrading plumbing, HVAC, electrical equipment, replacing the elevator, replacing roof, tower window curtain wall, windows, doors and finishes and installation of fire protection systems.

The structure is surrounded by water on all sides. Access to the Tower is via moveable walkways not designed for heavy loads.
