1	This solicitation is to establish a master agreement for a horseback riding concession at Carter Caves State Resort Park. The Concessionaire agrees to pay the Department of Parks a sum equal to a percentage of the gross receipts, a.k.a. Commission Percentage, (not including Kentucky Sales Tax or Federal Excise Taxes) derived from the operation of the horseback riding concession. Vendors shall enter their commission percentage in the pricing section of the online bid. Percentages cannot be entered in this field, so vendors shall enter their percentage as a whole number, i.e., 25.00 for 25%.
