Scope of Services
Citrus County, Florida (“County”) invites interested parties to submit a Bid/Quote for ITB 25-104 Artificial Reef Deployment. Citrus County, Florida has obtained grant funding for this project from Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (RESTORE) made available through The Gulf Consortium, Financial Assistance Award FAIN No. GNSSP23FL0047-01-00.
Citrus County proposes to add additional reef materials, comprised of concrete bridge materials, at multiple locations at a depth of approximately 30 feet within the Citrus County Fish Haven #1 Artificial Reef Site as permitted by the U.S. Department of Army, Corps of Engineers Permit Number SAJ-1999-00814. The permitted site is located approximately 19.2 miles to the southwest on a bearing of 246 degrees from the Crystal River marker 1A.
