Solid Waste Water Lab Warehouse Construction Project

The Escambia County Department of Waste Services located at 13009 Beulah Road, Cantonment, FL 32533 is looking for a licensed contractor to install walls for an interior buildout of 735 square feet within an existing pre-manufactured metal building. The interior buildout will include structural framing, ceilings, fixtures, doorways, windows, insulation, flooring, plumbing and fixtures, and hvac installation. The exterior will need awnings over the door openings, plumbing, and lighting.

Escambia County Waste Services has a metal building on a slab that needs interior buildout work as well as exterior lighting and minor drainage improvements. This building will function as a warehouse for vehicles with storage, office space and restrooms. Plumbing has already been installed within the slab and is stubbed up accordingly.
