Project Description: Wake County Health and Human Services is proud to announce the launch of our HealthLit4Wake Mini Grant Awards! HealthLit4Wake is supported by a federal grant from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Assistance Listing Number (ALN) 93.967, which is dedicated to improving health literacy and access for vulnerable communities. All local non-profits, faith-based organizations, universities, local businesses, and entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply! Organizations must serve Wake County communities and residents.
