Description

The Agency Support Operations Business Unit for the Government Publishing Office (GPO) requires the construction and renovation of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) office occupying partial space on the 4th floor of Building A at the agency’s main campus, located in Washington DC. The successful offeror will develop a complete proposal utilizing a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) and government-provided drawings.

The Contractor will provide the labor, material, equipment, and supervision required for the construction and renovation aligned with the Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Design Specifications. This project includes demolition, structural modifications, installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, fire protection measures, and interior finishes to enhance functionality and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
