This RFI is issued only for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. IAW FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) Veterans Affairs requires a contractor to supply and install Brand Name or Equal to 30 Law Enforcement/ Police Lockers for police personnel issued equipment and uniforms in the Police Service Locker Rooms at the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to provide, deliver, and install multiple lockers as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Please see SOW for the Salient Characteristics of the equipment requested.
