APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The NIH intends to restrict competition by using brand-name descriptions, in accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a), and plans to solicit directly in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for its requirement: 36-week supply of Graver brand-name High Flow Cartridge filters, Part # HF20-40S. Items are a critical component used by the animal research facility to ensure debris and embryos do not slip through filtration systems and end up in fish tanks. Failure to maintain proper filtration may result in risks to animal health, invalidation of research data, and a waste of institute resources.
This Presolicitation notice is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ)/Solicitation, however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
