Billy Wright Landfill Gas Flare

Notice is hereby given that the Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority (MCRWMA) has released project number RFP20250923MCRWMA – Billy Wright Landfill Gas Flare. MCRWMA is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a low emission landfill gas (LFG) enclosed flare and control panel (System) for the future installment at the Billy Wright Landfill (Landfill) with LFG sourced from the Landfill. MCRWMA (Owner) will purchase the System. The LFG will be sourced from the active Landfill. The proposed flare shall meet the emission limits of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Rule 4311.

Proposers are responsible for making certain their proposal documentation is complete and is received by MCRWMA on or before the closing deadline. MCRWMA is not liable for any costs incurred by proposers in responding to the RFP. MCRWMA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or to cancel this solicitation at its discretion.  Requests for changes or clarifications must be submitted in writing by the deadline indicated in the RFP. Any alterations to the RFP will be made by written addenda only.

Communications from proposers shall be submitted in writing (email) to Magdalena Gartonzavesky, HR & Procurement Specialist, for this procurement. Except as set forth herein, there shall be no other communication with any other MCRWMA employees or consultants with respect to the proposal documents or project.
