The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to request formal competitive sealed bids through the Invitation to Bid process to establish a contract for the construction of an 8-inch gravity sewer main and the abandonment of the Taylor Spring sewer lift station.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on site at 3082 Crystal Spring Lane on October 14 ^th 2025, at 10:00am.
