Vendor to provide a quote for roofing repair around the air unit at District 1.

Vendor required to provide material, supplies, and equipment needed to complete requested work.
Price to include supplies, materials, equipment, and warranty.  Vendor will be required to dispose of all trash resulting from job.

Any vendor responding to this solicitation will be required to visit this location and view areas.
If vendor does not visit site, quote submitted will not be considered.

The date set aside to visit this location is August 24, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Once at the site, please direct any questions you have regarding scope of work to Mark Hosch.
Vendors attending site will be required to sign the sign in sheet noting your attendance so bid submitted by your company are reviewed.
Vendors responding to this solicitation should be no further than 100 miles away from ALDOT location.

Work to be conducted at the following address:  ALDOT, Birmingham Area Complex, 1020 Bankhead Highway, Birmingham, AL. 35204 (Specific area affected: District 1 Building).
