AIS Modular Office Workstations- Furniture

The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is requesting quotes for AIS Modular Furniture parts for existing cubicle workstations. Please see attachments for all specifications, plans, and complete bill of materials of needed products.

Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is soliciting bids from dealers for AIS modular office furniture products on STS010729. Please be sure to reference STS Contract # on bid.
Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys. In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead , and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date to be considered .

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.

ODM reserves the right to make no award under this solicitation. ODM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFQ.  ODM may cancel or reissue this RFQ for any reason.
Please include shipping & handling (and estimated delivery date/lead time) as part of the quote.
Please include inside delivery/installation as part of the quote.
Delivery will be to The Ohio Department of Medicaid 50 West Town Street Columbus, Ohio 43215.

PLEASE NOTE: Modular furniture must be delivered to the bidder’s facility and delivered to the job site in stages, panels first, then worksurfaces, and storage pieces last, because of limited staging space. Staging space is only available in installation area. Also note, this project requires installation and should be included on bidder's quote.

Section C installation needs completed first.

Please also include weekend/after business hours delivery/removal of necessary items as an option for Section A.

Bidder’s quote should be reflective of costs to ensure completion of both sections as soon as possible but no later than June 20, 2025.
