Description: This RFP is being issued by Warren County Office of Emergency Services for assistance and support, on an as-needed basis, with emergency management functions including planning activities, training and exercise program development and support. The need for consulting services with trained and qualified personnel to assist Warren County to prepare for, mitigate, respond to, and recover from a disaster is critical. The occurrences of catastrophic events, including natural, man-made, biological, and hazardous materials, enforces the critical need to develop and maintain plans and procedures, test those plans and procedures and train personnel.
