The West Virginia Parkways Authority hereby provides notice of intent to award a contract on a direct/sole source basis to TRMI (The Revenue Markets, Inc) for the purchase of 8.5' 4C-D Treadles for our toll booths.
Any vendor who believes they can provide this product in accordance with the attached specifications must submit written notification including sufficient technical documentation demonstrating its ability to meet the requirements without interruption of service
