NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Electronic bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County,
Ohio, by the Washington County Engineer, until 10:00 a.m., Prevailing Local Time on the 22nd day of
September, 2026 and will be opened immediately thereafter for:
The furnishing of labor, equipment and materials needed for centerline striping of various
Washington County roadways.
Copies of the Construction Plans, Bidding Forms, and Specifications on the Unit Price Contract
maybeviewedatBidExpress.com.AcopyoftheODOTspecificationsisavailableintheCountyEngineer's
Office for review.
Any contractors bidding on this project shall be ODOT pre-qualified.
Each bid shall have filed with it a bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or
letterofcreditrevocableonlyattheoptionofWashingtonCountyinanamountequalto10%ofthebidor
a bond in accordance with division (B) of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code.
The County Commissioners reserve the right to increase or decrease any quantities, waive any
informalities or technicalities, and may reject any/or all bids as may be deemed to be in the best interest
of Washington County. The Washington County Commissioners shall award the bid to the lowest
responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 9.312.
