Cirrus Academy Charter School is seeking qualified contractors to
provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and
incidentals necessary to construct a reinforced concrete basketball
court pad measuring 84 x 50 feet (4200 sq. ft.) at the school campus.

Project Overview
Cirrus Academy Charter School is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor,
materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals necessary to construct a
reinforced concrete basketball court pad measuring 84 feet by 50 feet (4,200 square feet)
at the school campus.
Scope of Work
The selected contractor shall:
1. Mobilize personnel and equipment to the project site.
2. Verify site dimensions and existing conditions.
3. Perform necessary excavation and grading.
4. Establish positive drainage away from the concrete surface.
5. Fine grade and compact the subgrade to minimum 95% Standard Proctor Density.
6. Furnish and install a compacted crushed stone base.
7. Install a reinforced concrete slab measuring 84' x 50'.
8. Provide:
o Minimum 5-inch reinforced concrete slab.
o Reinforcing mesh and/or rebar.
o Proper control joints and expansion joints.
o Smooth athletic-grade finish.
9. Restore disturbed areas surrounding the project.
10. Remove all construction debris upon completion.

Contractor must provide:
* Business License
* General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum)
* Workers' Compensation Insurance
* References from similar projects
* Proof of E-Verify compliance
* W-9
Deliverables
Upon completion, contractor shall provide:
* Completed reinforced concrete basketball court pad
* Final cleanup of project area

* Warranty documentation
* Final inspection approval
