Project Description: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all prospective bidders that Upper Darby Township
will receive sealed proposals for the following contract: Observatory Hill Recreation Area
Skatepark Design Services. Sealed proposals shall be submitted and updated online until 4:00
PM prevailing time, on June 17, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

(https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by clicking on the bids tab. This Request for Proposals is
available for inspection at the Public Works Department in Upper Darby Township at 100 Garrett
Rd., Upper Darby, PA 19082.

UPPER DARBY TOWNSHIP, DELAWARE COUNTY
Upper Darby Township is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for the design of a new
outdoor, approximately 10,000 SF ADA accessible all wheels skatepark at Observatory Hill
Recreation Area.
The Township reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all proposals, or take
such action as it may deem in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law.
