HVAC AND GEOTHERMAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE NORTH SALEM COMMUNITY CENTER

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install a complete geothermal and heat pump system including all manufactured equipment, piping, geothermal wells, ductwork, diffusers, and all associated controls at 3 Owens Road in the Town of North Salem. Other related work shall include installing a utility-reinforced electrical service, dedicated switch gear, and panel distribution to new mechanical equipment, testing, balancing and commissioning of the new system, as well as preparing, restoring and cleaning the project area all in accordance with the plans and specifications as directed by the Engineer.

Contractors may provide alternative designs. Contractors are encouraged to provide detailed documentation outlining the proposed changes and any supporting analyses or calculations.
