ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the WEST PITTSTON ARMORY DEMOLITION PROJECT will be received online via the PennBid Program, by WEST PITTSTON BOROUGH, until 10:30 am local time on June 27, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and shortly after which, will be publicly posted on Penn Bid’s website. The project consists of Contract No. 1: Pre-Demolition Hazardous Materials Abatement and Contract No. 2: Building and Site Demolition.
Bids will be received for two individual separate prime contracts. Bids shall be on a Unit Price basis as indicated on the Bid Form.

A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference with walk through will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the WEST PITTSTON ARMORY, 1308 Susquehanna Ave.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates.
