Project Description: Sealed bids to remove and replace an existing culvert pipe under Town Hill Road for Latimore Township including furnishing and installing all stream bypass measures, new 64’’ x 43’’ culvert pipe, rock rip-rap, stone base material, bituminous pavement, and replacing guiderails will be received by the Latimore Township Board of Supervisors, Adams County, Pennsylvania, via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com until 9:00 am, Wednesday (prevailing time), July 9th, 2025.
The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of the Engineer at 9:00 am (prevailing time), same date.
Direct inquiries concerning Bidding Documents and technical questions shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid. NOTE: Latimore Township hereby authorizes GHI to act on its behalf by opening bids. Bids will be accepted, and contracts awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Latimore Township based on the recommendations of the Engineer.
Electronic files of the plans, specifications and other documents can be obtained at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Latimore Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with his bid.
The Latimore Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
