DGS seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide a âturnkeyâ solution for the disposal of surplus vehicles, materials, and equipment. The Commonwealth reserves the right to make multiple awards, for any service or services, depending upon the capabilities and benefits described in any Offerorâs proposal and as the Commonwealth deems to be in its best interest. Such a decision shall be based upon the Commonwealthâs sole and exclusive judgment.
