TREE REMOVAL

Project Description:

Cut and chip one standing Cyprus tree approximately 5’ diameter at base and 30’ height.

Cut and chip or remove one lying Cyprus tree approximately 30’ long and 7’ diameter at the base.

Cut and chip one Cyprus limb hanging over cottage approximately 3’ in diameter and 25’ length.

Cut and chip 5-olive trees ranging from 4’ to 2’ diameter at base and 20-25’ height.

Chip and/or remove pile of Cyprus trees approx. 15’X 15’ footprint and 4’ height max.

Chips may remain on property.

Special Instructions

Quotation to include all costs including all applicable fees and taxes. Quote must be
valid for 90 days.

If bid amount is $2,500 or more, vendor must furnish proof of compliance with the
requirements of 103D-310(c), HRS by presenting a certificate of vendor compliance (refer
to Hawaii Compliance Express: http://vendors.ehawaii.gov)

All bids are subject to UH General Terms and Conditions as included in

provisions-for-goods-and-services/ as attached. Vendor must confirm in writing acceptance
of the UH Terms and Conditions.
